Admission Procedure
A. Overseas Students
Fill in and submit the application
form. The application form can be downloaded from the college website
www.tccol.co.uk/appform.pdf or the college will send it to the
student by post on request. (Please go through the college prospectus
before filling the form).
The completed application form should be accompanied by:
[1] Two passport size photographs of the student; certified copies of
all relevant educational certificates;
[2] A registration fee of £50 (non-refundable).
On verification of the documents, the college will issue the student
with a provisional registration letter.
Only on the receipt of a minimum of £2,000 the college will issue a full
enrolment letter, which is required for visa application. (This is fully
refundable if the visa is refused) – Please refer to the refund policy).
All payments should be made in the form of bank drafts in favour of “The
Central College Of London (TCCOL)”.
B. For students who are already in UK
Fill in and submit the application
form. The application form can be downloaded from the college website
www.tccol.co.uk/appform.pdf or the college
will send it to the student by post on request (Please go through the
college prospectus before filling the form. Individual course details
can be obtained from the college reception).
The completed application form should be accompanied by:
[1] Two passport size photographs
[2] Notarised copies of relevant educational certificate.
[3] A copy of the student’s passport and valid visa.
[4] A letter from the previous college (if applicable).
The college will verify the submitted
documents.
All payments should be made in cash or
bank drafts drawn in favour of “The Central College Of London (TCCOL)”.
A Home Office letter will only be
issued on payment of the full tuition fee.
C. Refund of tuition fees - Policies
TCCOL has a policy of refunding the tuition fees in full to students
in the following circumstances:
A. If the admission is rejected by the TCCOL
Admissions Office. or
B. If the visa application is rejected by the British High Commission.
(This is applicable to overseas students).
The college refunds the tuition fees in full, except for the £50
registration fee which will be retained as the administration charge.
Conditions of refund for overseas students
[1] Students should return the originals of all the letters issued by
the college and
[2] Students should submit the Visa refusal letter (original copy) –
This will be returned to the student along with the refund money.
[3] A photocopy of the passport page where the visa refusal seal is
stamped.
Note: No amount will be refunded -
[1] Once the student is in receipt of a UK visa or an entry permit. or
[2] Once the course has commenced
